Speaker Bio
Dr. Megan Anna Neff is a passionate advocate and educator in the neurodiversity space, with a particular focus on Autistic burnout—a misunderstood and often overlooked experience among Autistic adults. Her passion for this topic stems from a deep belief: that recognizing and addressing Autistic burnout can save lives.
As the founder of Neurodivergent Insights, Dr. Neff blends clinical expertise with lived experience to create resources that are both evidence-based and deeply resonant. Her on-demand training equips clinicians to recognize, prevent, and respond to burnout in ways that are not only neuro-affirming, but also protective against the mental health risks—including suicidality—that often accompany prolonged burnout.
