It’s often overlooked or mistaken for something else. But once you have a name for it, you can start to meet it with more clarity, more care, and fewer expectations to just “push through.”

    Clinical Use Rights

    This course is designed for neurodivergent adults, but we know many neurodivergent therapists and coaches take it as well. If you’d like to use the digital resources (workbooks and exercises) with clients, you can add on a clinical use license for $150. This license applies to the downloadable materials only (not the course videos). You’ll have the option to purchase this upgrade from inside the course.

    Dr. Neff is a late-identified AuDHD psychologist, educator, and founder of Neurodivergent Insights. Her work bridges lived experience, clinical insight, and systems-level analysis to support the healing and empowerment of neurodivergent people.
