    Intended Audience

    Course Level

    This training would be considered a beginner level. It is ideal for any neurodivergent adult experiencing burnout, and is designed to educate and provide supportive tools for building a burnout recovery plan.

    Clinical Use Rights

    This course is intended for neurodivergent adults, but many neurodivergent therapists and coaches enroll as well. If you’d like to use the included digital resources (workbooks, worksheets, & visual guides) with clients, you can add on a clinical use license for $150. This license applies to the downloadable materials only, not the course videos. You’ll have the option to purchase this upgrade from inside the course.

    Dr. Megan Anna Neff

    Dr. Megan Anna Neff is an AuDHD clinical psychologist, author, and educator who founded Neurodivergent Insights after discovering she is Autistic and ADHD.
