Our Scholarship Model...

It all began with a simple act of community care: a community member once funded five full places in the Autistic Burnout Course. Their gift showed what happens when one person’s capacity opens doors for many – a small act of interdependence in practice. We’ve continued that spirit by using full‑priced trainings to help fund reduced‑fee and full scholarships.

Our access‑centred approach is how we hold both: revenue that keeps the work alive, and pricing choices that widen access and reflect our core values of belonging, community care, and interdependence.

The people who most need support are often the least resourced to access it.

How Our Model Works

Sustainability lies in balance, and for us that means treating course revenue as a way to support long‑term, ND‑affirming work and wider access.

Neurodivergent adults can apply for full or partial scholarships when cost would otherwise put training out of reach.
For clinical trainings, on average each full‑price enrolment contributes toward a 50% scholarship place for another clinician, many of whom are themselves neurodivergent or working in under‑resourced settings where funding for ND‑affirming training is limited.

At certain times, we run focused campaigns (for example, around burnout or specific themes) that open additional scholarship places for a defined period.

Behind the scenes, we carefully track capacity to ensure scholarships remain sustainable rather than one‑off gestures.

What This Means For You

If you’re in a position to pay full price, your enrolment supports your own learning and helps fund scholarships and reduced‑fee places for others.

If you’re not in a position to pay full price, you’re not “taking advantage” – you’re part of the community this model is designed for. At different times, different people hold more or less financial capacity, and we plan for that together.

Thanks to the people who are able to pay full price for our courses, we’re able to offer five scholarships at a significantly reduced rates.

If cost is a barrier for you right now but you’d like to apply for a scholarship, please send your expression of interest to us at
